Showcasing the power of the content through visual storytelling and motion
Exclusively using Shutterstock's library of stock photography, video, music, and motion assets I worked with several Shutterstock teams, Editorial, Sport, Studio, and Music to demonstrate the breadth and versatility of the platform and its content by transforming individual assets into several cinematic stories to inspire creators and highlight the creative possibilities within the Shutterstock ecosystem.
My Role
Turning a library of assets into compelling visual narratives
I led the creative direction, motion design, editing, and animation for a series of promotional spots designed to showcase Shutterstock's extensive collection of visual content. Every sequence was built entirely from existing Shutterstock assets, demonstrating how thoughtful pacing, composition, and motion could transform stock media into polished, emotionally engaging stories.
Design Approach
Elevating stock content through craft and composition
Rather than treating stock assets as isolated pieces of media, the work focused on creating cohesive narratives through rhythm, motion, transitions, typography, music, and sound effects. Every sequence was composed to showcase the quality and versatility of Shutterstock's library while demonstrating how strong creative direction can transform existing stock assets into memorable visual experiences.
