Madagascar 3:
Furry vs the fuzz

Art Direction + UI & Visual Design + Animation

\\ overview

Madagascar 3: “Furry vs. The Fuzz” was a series of Flash mini-games where users helped Alex and the gang navigate their way across Europe with Capitaine Dubois hot on their tails. The entire experience was edited from the then incomplete and unreleased full length feature film to create several unique storylines.

We created the "Madagascar 3: Skipper needs your help" YouTube video with VO from Tom McGrath (The film’s Director and voice of Skipper) and custom animation loops created in collaboration with the Dreamworks Animation team to kick off the experience, which quickly evolved into a massive viral hit with over 10+ million views and used as YouTube’s prime example of a Flash takeover.
